Free Shipping and Returns

We don’t believe in tacking on hidden or unexpected charges, so shipping is free with every pillow order. We ship to every state in the U.S. - including our customers in Alaska and Hawaii.

Also, we also don’t believe in charging a customer for returning a pillow - regardless of the reason. Just generate a return label then mail the pillow to us within 30 days of receipt, and we will refund your purchase price.

To Return a Pillow:

1. Go to our Returns portal.

2. Print the pre-paid UPS label.

3. Pack your pillow in the original mailer bag, or in a tearproof bag or box.

4. Securely attach the UPS label to the package.

5. Drop your package off at any UPS pickup location.

6. Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase to the original payment method.
