1-Year Warranty Policy

We warrant that all pillows sold will be free of defects in materials or workmanship, and we will repair or replace your pillow within the first year if the pillow fails to meet product standards.  Please note that the olo knee pillow is delivered overstuffed and will compress to the optimal thickness and density with use.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers any defects in materials or workmanship and DOES NOT COVER:

> Wear and tear;
> Damage caused by abuse or failure to follow care instructions;
> Physical abuse or damage to the pillow including but not limited to stains, discoloration, perspiring, burns, excessive pressure, or normal body impressions in the pillow;
> Damages caused by mold or fungus;
> Normal changes in softness, firmness, thickness, texture, or comfort of the pillow.
